Does the AI Infographic Generator research or verify facts?
No. It typesets the title, audience, and facts you type, and the prompt tells the model to add nothing. It cannot look anything up and can still misspell a word or shift a digit. Verify before you paste and audit the image before you publish.
Can I import a CSV or chart data?
No. There is no data import and no chart engine. Paste a short set of figures as text lines with labels and units, and the result draws them as type. A chart that must stay bound to a dataset needs a chart tool.
What does the brand reference image do?
You may attach one JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 20 MB. The model treats it as a visual-language reference and is told not to copy unrelated text from it. It steers mood, shapes, and color. It is not a saved brand kit and does not guarantee exact hex values or logo geometry.
What format is the output, and can I edit it?
One PNG raster with an opaque background at 1K, 2K, or 4K in the frame you chose, except the square frame, which tops out at 2K. No layers, no vector paths, no text objects, and no SVG, PPTX, or PDF export. Changing a word means editing the brief and generating again.
What does a run cost, and what happens if it fails?
10 credits at 1K, 12 at 2K, and 18 at 4K, reserved when you submit and returned if the run fails. If your connection drops after submitting, the page recovers the same request instead of starting a second paid run. Check My Creations before submitting again.
Can I use a generated infographic commercially?
That depends on your Img ai plan and on the rights you hold in the facts, names, logos, and reference image you supplied. Check the plan terms. You remain responsible for every claim the image makes.
